What is the difference between law and legislation?

What is a “person” in this material?

What does jurisdiction mean here?
Who has power to decide, and over whom. Many writers say jurisdiction must be proven when challenged. See Jurisdiction Is the Key and The Courts.
Can I copy sample wordings into a real case?
We do not recommend treating any wording as a form or guarantee. Examples are for study. Misuse can harm you. Verify with a professional and with primary sources in your place.
What if I get a ticket, bill, or letter?

Do you sell courses or take clients?
